Laytime counting for 2nd subsequent terminal

+1 vote
In case where vessel discharges at two terminals for same charterer (vessel fixed for 1SP/1SB discharge), time starts counting for 2nd terminal from the time of hose disconnection at 1st terminal. Clause 15 (d) does specify that "Time consumed shifting between births within one of the ports or terminals of the particular grouping or combination shall count as used laytime." which confirms that laytime counts for shifting period. However, is there any specific mention about the waiting period at previous terminal i.e. from hose disconnection at first terminal till the time vessel unberths

Strictly speaking a charterer have no right to use 2 berths which is in conflict with 1 SB/SP which again is in conflict with charterers right to shift.

In any case, time runs uninterrupted until hoses disconnectted at second berth.

The owner/master only give one NOR i.e. on arrival while a second NOR for the second berth is given on behalf of charterer to his secons supplier/receiver which has no influence for owners
